Hi America. This is day 2 of Ted’s get healthy program and right now I’m riding on the America’s Best Bike Rides trip from Mt. Tam to Olema. I have my pulse going at about 120 and definitely got sweat going on. So I’m getting my exercise, burning off the calories and having fun. So, I wanted to just keep you informed on my progress and say that exercising to America’s Best Bike Rides videos will get you healthier and get you in the best shape of your life. Alright.
